The 40 was probably a typo or something. There were a lot more.

It wasn't a typo. When they had Ikonboard the members kept resetting and everytime a registered member logged in it said that they registered. They kept their posts and everything though.

It was a forum error. It kept resetting the number of members and it was just funny to point out.
