New forum layout updates

Figured I'd start a new thread to log my newest changes that I'm going to keep.

Newest on top.

- phpbb2 and the old images will be used instead.
- Changed the images for "new posts", "locked", etc. to half the original size for individual threads for less scrolling when they're are many new posts.
- I am currently experimenting between the three choices of layouts I have (phpbb2, 3, and punbb). I am leaning towards punbb but I have to work out one little bug that I can't seem to fix.

The new posts and locked images are rather small and hard to read :S.

I personally think they stand out enough to know what's new and what isn't though. I can bring back the old ones and keep at phpbb2 if that's easier, this new layout is hard to work with.

Yeah I can see what it says, but just a tad too small. Just my opinion though.

You should update this everytime you change the layout.
