Does this make me the admin of Fans on Fire?

Where can I spend these points on the ability to become admin and/or convert them to cash?

It costs 1,000,000 FanPoints.

The reason I only have 1 FanPoint is because I had 1,000,001, and then I bought Admin status .

Then how does KTown have negative FanScore? He owes money. Big time.
