The Rules and Regulations of this site and the Xat

All right, so I respect Ktown and DJ for making rules and then enforcing them, but seriously. You have GOT to be even with them. Zmannn did way less than Blue, and he got completely demolished.

Furthermore, this site is basically know as the "FOF Refuge" were all the crazy people go to spam and do what ever the crap they want. Like I said earlier, I really respect Ktwon for trying to turn that around, but in a sense, it's still that way and some major issues are not being addressed.

Racism

Has got to stop. The N word is completely inappropriate anywhere and in any context, and quite frankly ZPJ, I think you should've been banned for that comment to Eddy. That was terrible. Also, you're the primary source, and I know that if you stop, most of it will stop.

Vulgarity

Is way worse here than at FOF. Occasionally vulgarity could be tolerated, but a word filter would be best.

Arbitrary Leadership Choosing

When this site was made, Ktown, you picked seemingly random people as admins and mods. First come first serve, and that's one of the main criticisms I hear about this site. Obviously, some of them went AWOL.

And regarding the Xat. You guys take it WAAAAYYY to seriously. Seriously, IT'S XAT! And furthermore IT'S A HQ FOR RAIDS! SERIOUSLY, RAIDS! You can't possibly ask for organization if you are raiding Xats! Raiding Xats IS SPAM! Furthermore it's the epitome of disrespect! By raiding Xats, you are breaking countless "Rules" in the chat, and DJ is the frikin head! How can you make rules and then lead a group to break them? Ditch the rules, enforcing them in hypocritical and cause more trouble than they are worth.

But I didn't mean that everyone should just be sucking up and saying that they should've been a mod. I meant that maybe it's time to reconsider staffing. Who is/isn't doing their job, who is/isn't setting a good example, because seriously. If a mod posts porn, they should get a month ban. It's a lot worse if a higher up does it.

Besides, I was not picked as mod when I first got here. I had to work my way up. I had at least 2000 posts when I got chosen as a mod.

I'm keeping my hand down. This forum has to have Zpj. It just wouldn't be the same. As far as everything else. I haven't done anything posted in this thread. For I am a mod on the xat and the forum. So I just enforce the rules that were applied by the admins.

I know you stopped, but you doing it in the first place has sorta made others think it was okay to say that. I know you apologized, and I do believe your done with it. I also recognize that you can't control other, just stating. And no I don't want banned, but in all fairness, it should've happened (but I'm not calling for it).

Look, I've just been talking with Ved a lot, and really, he has a lot to say about the site. None of it's good. I'm also seeing a lot of people going crazy on the site and I'm pinpointing things that I think need to be fixed. If we can fix these thing, we can be viewed better by FOF-FF and have a better site overall. Is that what you want?

Look, it's not that. It's a mindset. I'm here and I can even relate. This is the "Reject" forum. All the people who get kicked from FOF-FF are here. We can fix our reputation and change that mindset. It's not just that, it improves the site as well.

I also chose to come here, and I still think this place has a better community than FoF-FF. I honestly don't care about what Vedi has to say. Besides, he says so himself, we're not supposed to take him seriously. So I'm not.

As did I, but like I said, it's mindset. And this wasn't FOF-FF Vedi, this was voice chat Vedi. And this doesn't just mean Vedi, it's the Mindset of the majority of the FOF-FF community. Just because a small fraction of people who were frowned upon by FOF-FF are here, they think we're all like that.

Then let them think that. It doesn't matter what they think.

We're allowed to swear, but we're not going crazy and making every second word in our posts a swear word, are we? No we're not, so there's no need to put a chat filter. It would only upset the people here, because we don't need it.

Also, as far as I can tell, the racism in this forum has really reduced anyway. I don't think it's an issue at the moment. Besides, it's in the rules. Isn't it?
